2017 Housing Champion Award Recipients

SEWRPC has consistently advocated and promoted the need for affordable workforce housing in our region. Their plans recommend trending back to smaller, more affordable homes on smallerlots so that more families are able to own homes.
The RiverGlen congregation has focused on affordable workforce housing since 2015. Their members have selflessly given tens of thousands of dollars and thousands of volunteer hours to their conviction of serving the community. Their "Love Waukesha" campaign focuses on basic human needs, like housing.
